Envirogreen Group is a family run, Irish based company that was founded in 2000 with the aim of establishing itself as a professional and quality-driven construction firm providing an overall comprehensive service to some of Ireland’s largest
Blue Chip Companies.

In recent years, we have grown ourselves into a successful, nationwide group, specialising in Commercial Fit-Out, Facilities Management, and providing a complete Project Management, Design & Build Services. This, with our firm commitment to provide our clients with flexibility, reliability, quality, value of service in a safety conscious environment, has been the foundation for our rapid growth over the last number of years.

All of our staff members are approachable and accommodating and are focused on delivering a friendly, reliable service.

As part of our in-house Quality Control procedures, we ensure that all of our suppliers and contractors successfully complete a vetting process before they are entered onto our list of approved service providers, which is reviewed regularly.

In the coming years, we aim to build on our success by actively seeking new ventures and opportunities across all areas of our work. During all projects, Envirogreen Group communicate and co-ordinate with all Stakeholders, Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Structural and Service Engineers and all external parties to ensure that the client's brief is met in a safe and satisfactory manner, within the approved budget and programme of works. Project Management
Envirogreen Group’s Project Management team will provide a project specific management programme for our client’s individual needs from conception to completion. Within this theme, we can deliver a highly efficient programme which can bring a range of cost and time benefits to our client's, through our feasibility and pre-design studies which will result in a highly efficient and cost driven focus through our supply chain, procurement and value engineering programme for each Individual project
Fit-Outs/Refurbishments
Envirogreen Group endeavor to deliver a quality and cost-effective Fit-Out and Refurbishment solution within all sectors of industries. Envirogreen Group have delivered quality contracts to public, private and financial institutions with a fully professional and comprehensive in-house team which enables us to adapt to our client's ongoing requirements, ensuring a quality and dedicated service. This, along with our vast knowledge and experience combined with our extensive list of suppliers and specialist subcontractors, allows us to ensure a quality and flexible approach to our client's objectives. Our in-house, diverse team of qualified professionals can adapt and design any space into a modern footprint which allows a structured and practical layout that will meet all of your requirements. Envirogreen Group fully understands the commercial and programme restrictions of carrying out Fit-Out works during normal business hours and endeavors to work with our clients to reach a satisfactory and flexible outcome. It is paramount to Envirogreen Group that all works, no matter what time of the day they are completed, with minimum impact on the running of the normal business day and allows the client to optimise their commercial opportunities. All of our works are carried out in conjunction with strict Health and Safety regulations being enforced to all of our staff prior to and during the commencement of any works on site. Business continuity for our clients is a major priority.
Building Maintenance
Envirogreen Group provides a completely tailored Facilities Management Service to both the Corporate and Private Industry to suit our client's individual requirements. We provide a 24 hour Reactive Nationwide Maintenance Service 365 days a year. We also provide a Planned Maintenance Service and a Planned Preventative Maintenance Service including dilapidation surveys for some of Ireland’s largest Financial Institutions, Telecommunications Companies, State Bodies, Private Enterprise and Natural Energy Suppliers. We pride ourselves in attending to all urgent issues within an adequate response time no matter what the conditions may be. Most works are readily solved by our expert team members however, in more difficult situations; we may need to call upon someone from our extensive list of specialists to help resolve these issues.
Design & Build
Envirogreen Group provides a Design and Build Solution based on our client's needs. We have provided a successful design and build programme for our clients by our dedicated Design Team, which results in our client's achieving a flexible and fast execution of their projects in line with a cost efficient solution to meet with our client's requirements.
Small Works
Envirogreen Group has provided a various range of services in relation to smaller works programmes required by our client. It is our promise to our clients to deliver a fully comprehensive works solution which includes any small works or building maintenance packages which are required so that we can deliver a flexible building programme in relation to our client's needs no matter how big or small.
Security Works
Envirogreen Group is currently responsible for the implementation of AIB’s major high street bank rejuvenation project which includes working on their annual major capital investment programme nationwide. This includes their new infrastructural ATM upgrade & branch networks based on their current property portfolio. Envirogreen Group is also responsible for the coordination and overseeing of all project elements closely with relevant Stakeholders ensuring successful project delivery on all aspects.

Our Company

We have a number of extremely qualified and experienced staff members that have been with us for the last few years and it is our ambition to bring the family values and hardworking business ethos of our staff for the benefit of our current and future clients. Quality, reliability, integrity, confidentiality and personal relationships are some of the excellent qualities that the directors and their team bring to our clients.

Walter O Connor

Managing Director

Walter is head of our sales and marketing department as well as overseeing the entire company. He has many years’ experience in this role and is available at any time to speak with anyone regarding future work.

Walter is also the Managing Director of our sister company Arabtec-Envirogreen FM overseas in Dubai which also, is a large Building Fit Out and Facilities Management Company. He is also a former three times World Handball Champion and the former President of the Irish Handball Council which, he completed his three year term in February 2014.

Tom O Connor

Operations Director

Tom is head of our Operations Department. He oversees all jobs from start to finish and is highly involved in the Project Management Process.

He is a former assistant Bank Manager and this experience has been valuable in our strong relationships with Financial Blue Chip Companies and Banks in relation to their Fit Out and Project Management, which Tom has headed up very successfully over the last number of years.
