Subcontractor Accreditation
Envirogreen have a selected number of subcontractors nationwide. Qualifying contractors undergo a strict accreditation process prior to being approved as a nominated contractor. All subcontractors must furnish us the following documentation for evaluation:
- Subcontractors Prequalification Form
- Insurance Details
- Health & Safety Statements
- Copy of safe passes for all employed by subcontractor
- RCT 1
- RCT 46 (application to revenue for payment card if operating under a C2)
- Emergency contact contingency
- Health & Safety declaration form where applicable to specific contracts
- Passport size photos of subcontractor & their employees in order to be identified as an approved subcontractor. (Envirogreen ID’s issued to subcontractor upon successful accreditation)
